Despite having a very fun class just before leaving, I still felt it necessary to decompress from the one that started 4.5 hours ago. Being from the land of comfort food, that means I headed to McDonald's. Don't crucify me; I'm allowed. Now, if there was a Taco Bell here, I'd be a fat kid by now.
But of course, I'm where I am, so I tried my hand at ordering in Japanese. I got what I wanted (two cheeseburgers and a medium coffee with sugar), but it took a bit of effort. I'm hopeful that in the near future, I can order with ease, and answer the basic questions asked of me instead of replying with a blank look.
I have time tomorrow to begin editing the Suzuka Circuit race footage, but it takes a while to pick out the good parts of 90 minutes. Then I will try to develop themes and a flow before setting it to music, timing it, and putting it all together. After that's done, I'll write up the experience and post it all here.
Back to my coffee. :)
Comfort food has a way of making you feel all better. Now remember that is coming from your chubby Mom.
