So, this is the beginnings of what it takes, huh? Saturday morning was spent reading up on my
future (aviation), doing some much-needed yoga/stretching, and eating a salad topped
with a homemade dressing and full of good, healthy stuff. Now after a haircut, I'm going to head out
for a 1 km swim, then a 6.6 km run, and then studying Japanese for the night's
entertainment. And if I'm lucky, I'll go
to sleep early. I haven't spoken to
anyone today via phone, text, email, or let alone face to face, but I'm not
feeling alone, and I'm getting things done that are important to me. By the way, did I mention that last time, I
swam 1 whole kilometer? That's 0.62 miles!
I didn't do that consecutively, which is the next goal, but I did it. Little by little.
