A few things, and I'll try to be quick.
First, I'm still having no luck solving the codec/import issue with my software. Perhaps I should purchase the legitimate version? It's a bit cost-prohibitive for a hobby (considering I'd rather spend the cash on getting my recumbent to Japan), though I do enjoy the outcomes.
Second, I've not posted up in a while. Sorry. This week has been rather lackluster, with me doing little more than going to and from work and reading. I did get my re-entry permit for the trip to Korea this December. Oh, by the way, I'm going to visit Korea in December. Part of the lackluster has to do with me wanting to take a load off my legs; they aren't happy with me, and that's for the large amount of cycling I'm doing. I've been stretching, and that seems to help. Walking isn't better; it uses the muscles more per distance.
Third, I'm starting to consider what my plan is at the end of my contract. Yes, that contract only started on 12 September and it's for one year. But, time is flying by, and before I get asked what I'll be doing by the company in May, I want to have an idea what I want to do. They ask because if I don't plan on renewing, they need those months to recruit and in-process a replacement (immigration and moving out of one's country takes a while). It's not a bad gig, but if I can get into something better, I'll go for it. That said, almost no other job will have this much free time while earning this much money.
I can't believe it is December 2011! Time is flying by & planning ahead is always a great ideal, instead of letting life plan you.
ReplyDeleteAgain, I appreciate these writings & I look forward to the next.
Love, Mom :)
