Screw that. I can't let that time just disappear. Isn't that the most important resource? And if it is, why am I not giving consideration to it's use? Nope, that's gotta go.
And so it did.
I awoke this morning (well, yesterday morning as I write this) at some hour past noon, and I'm a morning person. I didn't realize how easy it was to waste a day. It seemed like just hours ago I had been preparing for work, much in the same way I would be shortly, and I had absolutely nothing to show for the previous 24 hours.
Well, after work today, that changed, and I feel much better. In fact, I feel better than that, but it's almost 5:00 AM, and my reluctance to conjure eloquent words is high. Anyway, I was planning on buying a wrench or hammer to help bend the rather sturdy frame of my bike rack, but instead used varying parts of the bike stronger than the rack to bend what I wanted by hand. It was a pretty resourceful move. After that, I finalized the order for my head and tail lights and cleaned up my apartment. Then I had a gourmet dinner (popcorn and coffee) while studying the entire week's Japanese words.
Then I was bored, but not tired. Since my current tail light keeps falling off, I've found a way to permanently close it, and wanted to wire it to an external switch on my brake levers and to the dynamo hub. The idea is to wire it such that it illuminates when I use my brakes. Nifty, huh? In order for it to keep lit for a few second after stopping, however, the circuit will need a capacitor. Time to break out the old school notes... that are back in Kentucky. Huh. Go go gadget Wiki.
I think I can fit a capacitor or two that will last about 30 seconds inside the case where the batteries go now. Then I can run a normally-open switch to the brake lever (probably just the front, since I don't always use the rear). Done.
4:58. Time to sleep.
You have a way of putting your thought into words that really explains how you feel - Great Talent!!!
